Should VR be Part Of Your Medical Toolkit?

Virtual Reality(VR) gear is picking up steam but not just in the gaming sector. People are using headsets to treat Alzheimer’s, Dementia and Hypertension (high blood pressure). And from what I read there’s experimentation in other areas. In short VR is more than a toy. It’s on the verge of being another medical device insurance companies won’t want to pay for. Drug companies won’t be happy as the units may play a role in dwindling reliance on key medications. Also with the release of the Oculus Quest, you won’t need to risk damaging you cellphone or be tethered to an expensive computer.

The potent possibilities open us up to a whole new way of life. Lower rate of drug addiction giving way to another…”Vheads”? Something to look forward to. I myself think someone should start a petition to remaster Avatar 3D from VR
